However, if you aren't happy with a course you bought from us, we offer a 7-day No Questions Asked refund policy. This applies to all video courses purchased through our website. So, if you weren't happy with your purchase, if you changed your mind, or if you just bought the wrong thing by accident, we can refund your purchase up to 7 days after it was made.
You can claim a full refund for any course by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you provide the email address you used to buy your course, along with which things you want a refund for.
Please note: We aren't able to handle refund requests for purchases made through other providers such as Udemy or others.
